At L.L. Skin Labs, we carefully prepare and ship each order from British Columbia, Canada.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Method
We ship using Canada Post Flat Rate Boxes.
- Tracking is included with all shipments
Estimated Delivery Times (After Shipment)
Delivery times vary based on your location within Canada:
- British Columbia (Local): ~1-2 business day
- Western Canada (Regional): ~1–3 business days
- Eastern & Central Canada (National): ~2–7 business days
- Remote Areas: May take longer than 7 business days
Delivery times do not include the day your order is shipped, weekends, or holidays.
Total Delivery Time
From the time you place your order, you can expect:
- BC customers: ~2–3 business days total
- Western provinces: ~2–5 business days total
- Eastern provinces: ~4–9 business days total
Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to Canada Post, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or high shipping volumes.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
